Propertyss is a trading name of pyrolondon limited, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy applies to all paid products bought on www.propertyss.co.uk, including listing subscriptions, mortgage adviser directory listings and advertising campaigns.

30 day money back guarantee

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will approve it. Listing subscriptions can also be cancelled at any time from your account, which stops any future renewals.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all billing enquiries and returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at billing@propertyss.co.uk and we will raise it with Paddle for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your statutory rights, including any cancellation rights under UK consumer law, are unaffected by this policy. Paddle's own refund policy also applies.

Advertising campaigns

If we reject, pause or remove an advert, or a campaign cannot run for reasons within our control, we refund the unused balance in full through Paddle.
